you know what's a really beautiful thing?
exercise.
I know, i know. to some of you, that word is probably synonymous with PAIN.
Pain... beautiful?
but it's true.
{the exercise part, i mean.}
for the past week or so i've been sick with some crazy cold that won't go away, so i've basically missed exercising for a whole week.
man, do i notice a difference.
when i don't exercise, i feel way more tired, foggy, depressed, etc.. and it's no fun. i'm not exactly sure what it is (i'll probably learn some scientific explanation some day), but exercise directly increases energy, happiness, and confidence.
i'm not talking about, "oh, well when you exercise you look good, so that brings confidence."
i'm talking about more than that. exercise transforms you inwardly, too. like i said, i don't know how it works, just that it does.
trust me, our bodies need exercise.
not only our bodies, but our minds, and spirits.
so...
go on a run, or something!
