thursday was the last day of the Special Ed Summer Preschool program i've been working with.
i'm so sad it's over, but i had a blast working with these kids!
i feel like they taught me more than i taught them...
i am so excited to go into this field!
and of course, i can't get away without mentioning my awesome fellow aids, and chrystal, the amazing teacher!
i was so blessed to have this experience.
beautiful thing: special needs kids.
they really are amazing, in all their innocence.
p.s. why is it that kids don't like smiling in pictures??
they smile all the time, but bring out a camera and... whoaa we're back in the 1800's.
{{p.p.s. SPED stands for Special Education}}
peace out.

Ellie remind me, this is what you want to do, right? Teach special needs children? Very cool. Had a roommate who teaches special ed. there will always be a need for someone like you in a field like that. Love the blog! Miss you and can't believe you are in college already!
aw kate i love you!! and yes, this is what i want to do. :) maybe a little older age group, though. :)
